Hi, I need help. 

I have configuration a demo for Field SERVICE, I would install a demo data in " https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/field-service/use-demo-data " but I can not install them.  the error concerns the different version.

Are there examples of facts given to the new versions of dynamics 365?

    Hi Angela,

    There is a problem with the Version9, while installing demo data it gives error.

    Hi Angela,

    I guess you are using v9.0?

    You have to download the CRM tools here - docs.microsoft.com/.../download-tools-nuget

    yes, my version is:

    Microsoft Dynamics 365

    Versione 1612 (9.0.1.459) (DB 9.0.1.459) online.

    I resolve the problem. I change the version in the trial Dynamics CRM in the administrator panel. 

    Now is 8.2. By By
