Does anyone have any recommendations on a project management add-on or customization that can be used for a software company? In particular a Agile/Scrum working environment.

Thank you for response.
We currently utilize CRM for many facets of our business (marketing, sales, cases, etc.). Our developers currently utilize TFS, but we need to be able to track the life cycle of a project and incorporate QA by our support team, which is why we want to have this integrated within CRM. The built-in workflows and account management, provide us with a lot of needed functions.
For example, we have will have releases that will could include 20 different tasks that will need to go through the following:
1) Coding done in developers environment
2) Move changes to internal environment to be tested; after testing is completed
3) Move changes to our staging server to be tested in a pre-production environment; after testing is completed
4) Changes are deployed to production/Release Notes updated/Affected clients notified

Hi - that does help. So basically you are using TFS for managing the development team and then CRM for interactions with you customers? That makes perfect sense to me.
The standard out of the box functionality using Business Process Flows might be sufficient for you - is there something specific that you need?
