how to sync outlook/exchange resources to CRM "Facilities/Equipmentces"

Hi,

in the meanwhile I tried different search "strings" but didn't find the right on.

In the past we had exchange calendars to manage parking-slots. right now, we implemented a CRM custom solution to do this with "Facilities/Equipment".

Right now, I want to migrate/import all parking-slot reservations for the future, done in the past. So far we have some Exchange Resources for each parking-slot one with a calender, filled with future reservations.

I thought it would be possible to sync (server-side sync) the exchange calenders with a CRM Equipment calendar??

How is the best way to do this? And is it possible to keep both "Exchange calendar of a resource" and CRM Equipment calendar in (bidirectional) sync??

thx in advance!

bernd

Unfortunately there is no out of the box way to sync the data between CRM and Active Directory.

But you can create your own software to maintain this synchronization.
