Dear Forum Members:
I am trying to search for Contracts by Account that are expired using Advanced Find.
However, the expired Contract, which has and end date of yesterday WILL NOT PULL UP in
Advanced Find today (i.e., Advanced Find is not finding the Expired Contract).
Using Advanced Find, I am looking for Contracts that have the field Status Expired.
Further, the Contract I am looking for should be expired, yet still says Active in the system.
Am I missing something here? I thought Microsoft Dynamics CRM will automatically change
a Contract from Active to Expired based on Contract End Date(s). For example, the contract end date for the Contract I am looking for is:
10/21/2013 (yesterday) ...
I need to be able to report on Expired Contract that should have expired yesterday and CANNOT. My goal is to be able to find an Expired Contract
and move it forward for Renewal process.
Please help!
Thanks,
CB

I have the same question (0)Hi,
This is probably because the system job that marks contracts as expired hasn't run yet. The job only runs once a day and will default to run at the time that CRM was installed. If you are using OnPrem you might try crmjobeditor.codeplex.com to adjust when this job runs (I've never tried to adjust the contract expiry job).
