Release production orders per Batch Job

Hello Guys,
 
i want to create a batch job, wich releases Production orders in status "scheduled" automatically every 10min. The point is, that I want the batch Job to only release the production orders, wich have reserved quantities in their BOM reservation.
So basically, I want to make sure, that the production order is only released, when the raw material is available in the inventory, so the picking work in the advanced warehouse can be created.
 
Is there any Join i can create in the Batch Job settings to filter for that field? Or do you guys have any other ideas?

    It's not possible to join inventory on-hand to queries from the user interface, so that approach is not possible.
    I'm thinking that a customized batch job might be the best approach. Should be fairly easy to implement.

    Hi,
     
    If you want production order to be released when material is available, then make requirement for material reservation to 'Require full reservation'.
     
    This will ensure that unless your all items within BOM fully reserved then only Raw material picking work would be created.
