Outlook Integration with Business Central

We have set up a link between Outlook and Business Central,

The idea is that if you receive an email from someone, you can retrieve data from Business Central via the contact insights button in the ribbon.

It worked for me and my colleague for a while. Unfortunately it no longer works and we get the error message below, see right part of the screen.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add-in? Maybe the following can help:

you could try to re-run the assisted setup process to link BC and outlook.

check with your IT if user is allowed to deploy apps on their own.
