ribbon workbench does not works

Hi All,

i just create trial dynamics 365 online and install the latest ribbon workbench solution into system

and try to configure using ribbon but there is no display anything yet..

Is there anything preconfig do I need for the latest version of ribbon workbench? even there is no configuration pane under the solution ! please help....

Hi,

are you using managed solution? if yes, you cant do that.

the ribbon workbench button should be located

at setting >customization> solution.

refer below link on how to use ribbon workbench

Hi ,

You dont need to open ribbon solution , once you import the solution make sure you have publish all customization and refresh the page .

You can see below screenshot (Settings --> Customization )where you have a Ribbon Workbench button by which you can Ribbon editor.Make sure you create one single solution with the entity in which you want to customize the button.

In addition you can also open ribbon workbench from XRMToolBox.
