Customize CRM OOB Marketing List Member's List View's ribbons

When we open Marketing List Members from Marketing List, we can see Contact/Account' s associated view. I have a requirement where I have to customize the ribbons on these views. As Marketing List Member (listmember) is an intersect entity, I am not able to add it into any solution and hence not able to use Ribbon Workbench / any ribbon editor / or through XML. 
Please let me know, if there is any way to achieve this in supported way (or unsupported way).

    Someone has an answer to this question?

    I need to remove some buttons (like create opportunities) from the list member view.

    So far, I didn't find a way how to do.

    I believe this is one of the "special" areas of CRM which isn't open to customization, because a marketing list can contain different types of entities

    Also not unsupported way?

    We try to avoid, but we want to prevent opportunities created from a marketing list.

    S we would raher opt in this case to use the unsupported than have nothing at all.
