Outlook Client For Dynamics CRM 2016 Error

Hii, yesterday i went to our client to install Outlook Client. The installation succes, but when i tried to connect to dynamics crm server from outlook. I got this following error:

there are people who have had problems like this before ? How to solve this problem ?

Your Organization is Online or Onpremise ?

in that case have you verified the URL and credentials which you are passing are correct, also check you have specific roles :

technet.microsoft.com/.../dn832110(v=crm.8).aspx
