Report ribbon Top menu is disappearing

Hi All,

We are calling the advanced find saved report view from site map url column directly like below in the SubArea.

 "/AdvancedFind/AdvFind.aspx?EntityCode=**** &QueryId={Guid}&ViewType=****&AutoRun=True"

But when it loads the ribbon top menu is getting blank, after refresh its loading this is happened after we moved from 2011 to 2016.

Please don't suggest clear cache or browser issue. Tried those not working.
