Wrong date conversion when importing

I have a xml file to import into CRM which has date filed as below image :

So it dates mean third day of 2016 September, When imported it converts to 03/09/2016.

Here is the CRM configuration :

Would you help me please ?

Hi Babak,

Please follow the steps below:

Go to settings>>Administration>>System Settings>>Format Tab>>Customize>>Date tab>>Short date format

Hi,

Try below steps:

Open file in Excel. Select column and change the format to date in (mm/dd/yyyy) format and save changes. See if it works.

Also, try setting date which is greater than 12 and check if it is throwing error or it considers mm/dd/yyyy format.
