Missing "TRACK" button on App for Outlook

Hello,

We've got Dynamics 365 Online and every user has installed App for Outlook. Yesterday I've noticed, that "Track" button is gone. Just like that:

I checked on another user and the problem was there. I added App once more for me and another user, didn't helped.

Also for some reason I'm not able to reach "Preview" tab in System Settings:

Anyone saw something like that? It's Version 1710 (9.0.2.1470).

    Hello,

    We haven't received upgrade for 2 weeks, but Microsoft helped.

    To resolve this problem you need to obtain from them zipped solution called "Patch for Dynamics 365 App for Outlook" in version 1.2.69.0 and just install it.

    I have no idea if it's possible to download it from Internet but here http://kabel.slask.pl/MailAppPatchSolution.zip

    If you have the same issue, please try upload it on you CRM.

    I also have the same problem in version 9.0.2.1470. I tested on a version 9.0.2.1725 sandbox and it works.

    We have opened a ticket to apply for deployment of the targeted version, I will keep you informed.

    Thanks Jostein, so I'm not alone.

    I see weak light in tunnel. On our playground organization is build 9.0.2.1714 (newest available according to that: support.microsoft.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-online-releases)

    I've configured there mailbox, added app, reloaded outlook online aaaaand... it appears to be fine.

    We'll see.

    Hey

    We have an open support ticket on the Outlook app issue (and a related one). I haven't noticed the Preview tab missing, but can confirm that we have the same.

    Apparently it's been reported by several customers this week and is recognized as an issue and they are working on a fix. Didn't get an ETA, but hopefully it won't take too long.

    We're on the exact same version and build (9.0.2.1470)
