Connection between Business central and snapaddy

Dear Poeple,
 
I want to link Microsoft Dynamics Business Central with the tool snapaddy
Doesnt matter which setting I tried, snapaddy cant connect to the CRM.
Just to be sure, i login into CRM and copy the URL and past into the settings, right?
