I'm installing RMS in a Perfume shope.Thay have lot of sample products is coming which is no value, not for sale.
can anyone explain me how to enter and manage inventory for this sample items.

You need to create an item with description sample xxx(xxx will be the real item description which i guess is already created as you are selling it)This will differentiate the two items.Then you can use block sales feature under item options to block sale of your new created item(sample xxx) you can use Sample reason for blocking.Then you can use transfer-in option to receive the quantity.
