Repeat table header rows in Word Document Templates

Hi,

I'm testing the new document templates in CRM 2016 and am unable to find a way to force Word to repeat the table column headings where the rows inserted into the table cause it to run onto more than one page.

I've tried using the Word "repeat header rows" option, but this doesn't appear to have any effect in tables populated from CRM. The repeating rows in the table are working great, all I'm missing are the table headers on the second and subsequent pages. Has anyone found a way to achieve this?
