What are the best benefits of Dynamics CRM over other CRM available in the market? In other words, What features of Dynamics CRM benefit the organizations most and why Orgs should go for Dynamics CRM rather than other available in the market? Could you please advice?

Most people on this forum, including myself, will have a bias towards preferring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to other CRM Systems. In saying that, this document will give you a current and comprehensive comparison of CRM vendors.
