Exporting failures after CRM Import

Hello,

Does anyone have any good suggestions for exporting the failures list after trying to import data into CRM?  I can see that there use to be functionality in older versions but I can't seem to find anywhere in CRM  online where you can export the errors.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

I think it still works but it depends on the type of file you are importing (if I am not mistaken, you can export those errors for CSV imports)

    Hi Andrew,

When you open the import record, you will get the option to 'Export Error Rows' but this is available for CSV file and not for xslx.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks Alex and Ravi for the responses, the CSV file type was why I wasn't seeing the button!
