New Microsoft 365 Account not displaying in Partner Center

We have a customer that setup a new M365 account to use with the Purchasing Agent, but I am not seeing it sync with our Partnercenter.  We have a valid GDAP relationship and can view other accounts.  For now the customer assigned the Business Central Essentials license and the account is visible in BC.  Any thoughts as to why it may not be visible in Partner Center.  The account was created last week.
