Released product disappeared after import for update

Hello,

I tried to import an update on items with the entity Released products V2 but all the records disappeared ! Any help pleaase ??

    PS: I would like to mention that it worked properly on test environment but the problem occured on prod environment

    Hi Maher,

    Suggest you check the View Execution Log from where you can see the details of the Infolog or Staging log to see if an error has occurred.

    Hi Maher,

    Can you confirm that the release product you are updating are for the same company that you are checking in ?

    Might be possible that this is uploading to another company mistakenly.

    Hi Maher,

    Did all the released products disappear or the staging records? Please provide some more insights which would let us know how to reproduce it. Did you use data management or e.g. Power Automate? What exact fields were updated?
