Unable to activate sandbox or lab in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & ops learning module

Getting this error after trying to activate lab in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & ops learning module. Correctly linked my business account but still sandbox/lab is not getting activated. What should I do?

The connection for this site is not secure
login.microsoftonline.com sent an invalid response.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
