Hi ,
We have two system fields in crm
Territory Id :Lookup of territory
Territory Code :option set value ..
I have created a list of option set in Territory Code .. Is there any way to synchronise these two fields .
When I click on some territory code the corresponding territoy must populate in lookup field and vice versa ....
Is there any system (OOB ) way to do this mapping ..

Hi,
You could achieve it with Business Rules. But be careful if you deploy the Business rules you will need to customize it on every environment, because the Business Rules only save the GUID of the corresponding lookup.
An other way is to do it with Javascript and WebAPI call where you search for the territory by name and then get the GUID and set the Lookup
