When I sell an internal gift card through POS I get a gift card receipt in addition to my sales receipt. However, the gift card receipt is not stored in the receipt types in HQ so that it can be configured or disabled.
Where can I find the receipt and how can I customize or disable it?
Correct me If I'm wrong but I believe you are looking for an option to print the GC content in addition to the sales receipt. If yes then you must extend the store commerce receipts to print the additional data to receipt if you are using external GC services.
