Not able to use the free trial

Hello community members,
 I am not able to buy the free trial of D365. I get the following error on check out. Can someone please assist or guide what I may be doing wrong

    Hey Saurabh.
     
    Can you provide a screenshot?  YOu can "Start" a trial for Sales or Customer Service. You shouldn't be reuqired to "purchase" only to "start trial"
