Significant increase in "Discovered – currently not indexed" pages in Bing Webmaster Tools

Hi Community,

I am facing an issue with a few client websites where valid pages are getting stuck in the "Discovered – currently not indexed" status in Bing Webmaster Tools.

We have already checked:

  1. The robots.txt file is allowing access.

  2. The pages are included in the XML Sitemap.

  3. Content is unique and not thin.

Is there a recent update to the Bing crawling algorithm regarding crawl budget? Has anyone else noticed a slowdown in indexing for new pages recently?

Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.
