Unable to update UserSettings using XRMToolbox

Hi All,

We need to bulk update the User 'Current Format' from Personal Settings when i try the same using XRM Toolbox i am getting below Capture_2D00_1.PNGerror.

The user using which i logged into XRMtoolbox is an SystemAdmin and SystemCustomizer. Please let me know what i am missing.

I am trying to update below section in UserSetting Utility in XRMToolbox

    Can you check which is the user with that Id, and why it is missing that privilege?

    Make sure that the user id in the message has the role, and try this again.

    It is likely that this is not the SysAdmin user.
