Hi All,
We need to bulk update the User 'Current Format' from Personal Settings when i try the same using XRM Toolbox i am getting below error.
The user using which i logged into XRMtoolbox is an SystemAdmin and SystemCustomizer. Please let me know what i am missing.

Can you check which is the user with that Id, and why it is missing that privilege?
Make sure that the user id in the message has the role, and try this again.
It is likely that this is not the SysAdmin user.
