RMS Could Not Connect To Database

I removed all instances of SQL Server, I removed RMS, I removed the file folders and checked the registry, rebooted, and I installed RMS again and let it install SQL Server 2005.  I can connect to the database through administrator but when I try to login to Store Manager I get a Could Not Connect To Database.  How do I fix this?

    Thank you for your questions.

    Have you set the Server Name and Database in Store Operations Administrator Configuration?

    1) Log into Store Operations Administrator

    2) Click on File | Configuration

    Sounds like you have a password login error. Open sql manager (you can download it from microsoft if you don't have it) and login into your sql server with your windows login. Add a user to the logins in sql server, giving it public access. That will work in rms. Google adding a user to sql 2005 if you can't sort it out.
