Customer Discount Group- LS Retail

We are currently using LS Retail on Business Central. I have implemented Customer Discount Groups and I notice if I make an invoice in Business central, it works. This discount group is reflected in the Retail Item List, but when I make an invoice on the Point of Sale, discounts do not come up. Any ideas?

Hi Kristin,

which functionality do you use for Point of Sale? Is this a standard functionality within the default features of business central or did you install an extension from marketplace to use this functionality?
Personally I do not know a standard feature for Point of Sale in business central, but I am using german version.
If it is not a default feature of business central, then the discount group are possibly not implemented in the extension which you are using.
