
Hi - In our production environment, there are multiple jobs submitted to create the WMS picks. These sessions are locked for 6 Hours. From Admin Center, i cancelled the sessions but these come back and not effective, please advise if there is another option to cancel these sessions.

The issue is that the management service tries to cancel a session on the wrong NST. The only way when this happen is to restart the NST via a support ticket.
We created a repair item / hot fix which will resolve the issue.
