Showing details for a custom entity

I have seen that whenever for any case I enter a customer's name, the corresponding details of the customer pop up on the right side. I want the same to happen for one of my custom entity "Store". How can I achieve that?

Have attached screenshot for reference, context is CRM Dynamics 365.

    Hi Mohd

It's called a Quick View form.  You can find out more information here - technet.microsoft.com/.../dn531145.aspx

Hi Mohd, what you see is called a Quick View form

    1) You can create a Quick view form for Account Or Contact

    2) add it on the related Store Entity Form (assuming you have added the customer lookup to the entity) and click the Insert Tab on the form and click 'Quick View Form' to added it into the relevant section of the form, here you define which quick view entity and form you want to use for a given lookup field.

    Hope that helps :)

    Hi,

You need to add a quick view form and insert it to the form of your custom entity as shown below.
