Hi,

Is it possible to send emails in CRM directly to an email address e.g. in the To field enter joeblo@gmail.com as opposed to looking up the record Joe Blo?

Hi vgow,

Yes you can, you just need to allow CRM to send emails to unresolved email addresses you will find this option on Settings > administration > system settings under the email tab.

So you can basically type any email address on the 'to' field.
