Can not enable mailbox

Hi Guys,

I have problem when configure mailbox. I configured as below link but email can not send out/in.

when I  test and enable mailbox => result: The mailboxes have been disabled for receiving email and must be enabled again. For more information, open the associated email server profile DI-email.

 More information:

user domain is "dicservices\vando"

Email mailbox is "vando@dicentral.com", difference domain

pls help me,
