Thank you!
Hi Miha,
If you are planning to have it on MS Portal then I think you can go ahead with this approach. You can send the Portal Sign Page URL along with encrypted username and password. And on the Sign In Page load, you can write a logic to get the encrypted data from URL, Decrypt that and can perform the Auto login.
I am just wondering to use about the other options that user is having on Login page. Like Forget Password.
But, I think you can manage that by keeping a flag on Portal Contact record and ask user to enable whether he/she wants to have Auto Login option or not. If User opt Yes, then only Auto Login functionality should work.
Hope it helps.

Hi Arpit!
thank you for the info.
What if we want to have only MS Portals and generate some link with the encrypted username, pass and some validation date (how long is the link valid) so the user who gets this link is automatically logged as this Contact? Is this supported?
BR,
Miha
Hi Miha,
Having both Adxstudio Portal and Microsoft Portal solutions at the same time is an unsupported scenario.
If you are planning to use Microsoft Portal then first plan to upgrade your Adxstudio to Microsoft Portal instead of keeping both in the same instance. By doing this your Adxstudio User can access the Microsoft Portals as well without doing any additional settings/configurations.
Hope it helps.

Hi Miha,
You might be able to migrate the credentials from ADX to CRM Portals, but that will not solve the double authentication issue unless you create a shared authentication provider between both systems:
Take a look at Azure AD authentication, oAuth2 or SAML.
Hope this helps.
I also think the same but didn't have any other idea how to achieve this..
Use case: customer has ADX portal and we want to add the MS CRM Portal and then apply our solution there. The question would be how to achieve that both ADX and MS CRM portal uses the same credentials for login. E.g. user is already registered in the old ADX and then click on one link and it is redirrected to MS CRM portal and it is automatically logged in.
Maybe, the solution would be just to have both on the same Platform but this brings additional cost for the client which would probably not be confirmed..
I really don't have any idea what can we do here that is not expensive for the client..
Thank you!
This seems like such a bad idea, what is the use case that you intend to use it for? Perhaps that detail might bring about some alternative solutions.
