    Hello,

According to the log, your users do not have a read privilege to the "System Job" entity. Try to change this in your users' roles and try it again.

    Thanks Andrew,

Nothing has been changed with their roles or permissions so I am not sure why they were able to do it all last week and cant do anything this week.

I have checked their permissions and licences  and they have everything they had previously.

I cant find where the "System Job" entity would be

can you advise on where to find it

    I had the same issue.

The users involved have their permissions inherited only from their Teams, whereas a user who has Team and user specific privileges does not get the same issue. (user specific privileges do NOT give access to System jobs [logical = asyncoperation])

By switching the Team inherited permissions to Direct User (previously was Team privileges only)

It now works as it was last week.

I don't remember if this team was set up as Team privileges only previously or not, nor what the implications of using Direct User vs Team privileges is.

FYI System Job is under Customization in the security role editor.

    Open the relevant security role

Then the dropdown shown here "Member's privilege inheritance"
