Get SLA timer value

Hi,

I want to create an alert that will pop out when the timer in sla become 1hr .but i don't know how can I get the value of sla timer to pass the value in my condition

    any reason stop you from using the warning action within SLA?

    There is an entity called "SLA KPI Instance" which will be automatically created for you SLA-enabled record. It contains Failure Time and Warning Time for your SLA. So you will have to retrieve this instance using JS, read the time you want and if it's less than an hour to meet that time, simply show pop up alert
