Quality orders for items with license plates

I am testing out use of quality orders for items using license plates, On registration the items are directed to the quality location and a quality order is raised with the stock dimension of the license plate .

On caring out the test and validating it as a fail, (Quality order 000126) work is created to move the item to the QA fail location but the License plate is incorrect, it picks up the license plate from quality order 000028 which had already been processed.

The validate inquiry showed the correct LP

The quality association

Item sampling

Any thoughts on why the License plate associated with the quality order is not being retained for the work created which referances the qulity order many thanks for any response.

Hi yes so in this example on po registration a quality order is created for each LP, so I have several quality orders, each linked to a licenseplate, whaich are then to be tested and validated

How does it look if you execute the pick step in the mobile app? Can you maybe share a screenshot of pick step in the mobile app?

Hi Laurens Here are the quality orders for the PO the LP being specified in the stock dimensions for each quality order

On processing orders 000126, 000101 and 000077 the following work is created, note the License plate for all is 000USRT-0000005036, which is not present in the location Quality te, having been already been processed.

looking at the actual work lines

using the mobile device

enter the work ID (note if you try to enter the LP 000USRT-0000005036 fails eventually as not in the location Quality te and if you enter eg 000USRT-0000006019 this ierrors immediately as not valid)

the LP cannot be changed and again will error

Thanks a lot for sharing. Can you to execute the pick step again and enter for example the license plate 000USRT-000006019?

It seems that the license plate in the work is just a target license plate.
