Hi

A customer of mine is implementing Business Central in the US. I am looking for a Customer Engineer/Solution Architect from Microsoft as an external coach reviewing the architecture.

Hello,

We do have solution architects as a role, not specifically for Business Central. The customer needs to make a contact with Microsoft for support options. Most likely they already have a business relation with Microsoft via their support contract. Their Microsoft Account Manager can also assist them with this question. An account manager comes with a specific support contract.
