Power Plaform center

Hi guys 

I have a client who uses Dynamics 365 Commerce. I am very new to supporting him and would like to understand why he can use Power Platform.

And if anyone can explain to me how they relate to LCS, I would be very grateful

    Moved to Commerce forum.

    As far as i know, D365 commerce is used in D365F&O environment, not in power platform.
