Hi All,
Is it possible to share the Queues and entities across multiple instances in same tenant?
I assume no, as each instance has it's own database and the data is specific to the instance. But i just want to make sure that i am not missing anything here.
Please drop in your suggestions..

Hi,
It is defined in D365 Official document that Dynamics 365 data is not shared across instances which is in single tenant with multiple instances.

You could try the Instance Adapter as Mahender suggested , there's also one similar thread for your reference:

Or you could refer to the following migrating queue data between 2 instances by Dynamics Configuration Data Manager:
community.dynamics.com/.../272207
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Johnny
Yes, you are correct you can't share data across multiple instances out of the box. But you have option to use Instance Adapter to share data between organisation, check if that will help you microsoft.github.io/Instance-Adapter-for-Microsoft-Dynamics-CRM
Hope it will help.
