Fulfillment policy override by Sales order

Hi

I have a default fulfillment policy for a customer set at 80%, however certain orders placed require 100% Fulfillment, is there a way to change the override at the sales order level?

    Hi,  I am not sure, but I was only able to update the fulfillment policy manually via the Release to warehouse form.

    Maybe someone else has been able to override by Sales order.
