Our D365 Environment is connected to a SharePoint Library https://mysharepointname.sharepoint.com/BusinessUnits/

Inside the library are many franchise folders like

Each /Franchise# folder has millions of folders, subfolders, and files.

We need to be able to copy the folders, subfolders, and files from one Franchise# to another Franchise# FAST and EASY.

The destination Franchise# will usually have folders and files with the SAME NAME so we will need to merge and overwrite the destination as shown below.

We are trying to do this with a Manually triggered Flow with SharePoint Acton cards, PlumSail Action Cards, and many other things but it fails every time for an infinite number of reasons before it copies even one file.

We have tried using ShareGate -- does not work because it cannot handle copying from one folder to another folder within the SAME document library.

We have tried with Flow using both SharePoint and PlumSail tools -- PlumSail provides no support and the failures always happen in Plumsail when there is a folder in the source that doesn't exist on the destination.

We have tried manually mapping the SharePoint drives to OneDrive and copying all the files from one folder to the other -- this works but it takes several weeks to perform one operation due to the millions of files which is not tenable.

How can we do this?

What FAST and EASY methods exist to do this?

We need to do this many times each month.
