Creating a Webhook in Business Central to Receive and Process JSON Data

I am working on integrating a third-party software with Business Central, where the third-party system pushes JSON data into Business Central. For this, I need to provide them with a webhook URL that can accept and process the incoming JSON payload.

The JSON structure I need to handle is as follows:



 
  1. How to create a custom API webhook in Business Central to receive this JSON payload?
  2. How to properly structure AL objects (API pages, codeunits) to parse this JSON and insert/update the necessary Business Central records?
  3. Any best practices for handling nested JSON structures and mapping them to Business Central fields?
