Hi all,

I would like to have a data entity where both the warehouse and location for an item are displayed.

In previous question on this forum data entity InventInventoryOnhandReportStorageV2Entity was recommended.

However, this data entity (from table INVENTONHANDSTORAGE) is empty. I do have inventory onhand in my environment.

Can somebody please explain or advice a different standard data entity to use?

Hi,

For me, the link provided by Martin is not working directly, but I tried to share it again: Inventory on-hand report storage - Dynamics 365 Release Plan | Microsoft Learn

There are two entities you can try to use having the Location ID as an attribute: InventInventoryOnhandReportStorageV2Entity and InventInventoryOnHandMobileEntryEntity.

Hi all, thanks for the help.

INVENTWAREHOUSEONHANDV2ENTITY does not have the location dimension. I am looking for "warehouse + location" .

Only INVENTORYWAREHOUSEID is populated in this entity

Data entity InventInventoryOnhandReportStorageV2Entity

InventOnHandStorage is a table that must be populated before you can export data from it. You can learn a bit more about it in Inventory on-hand report storage. According to cross-references, the data can be generated by Inventory management > Inquiries and reports > On-hand list (if the feature is enabled).

Hy,

you should use INVENTWAREHOUSEONHANDV2ENTITY, the other one seems to be for AI usage.

And you can use this public Entity Research tool
