Missing functionality in Power Apps - specifically no option to package an app for export to another solution

Hello,

we have created an app in a sandbox environment and would like to export it to another environment. I have seen examples of this however the menu I have for the app is not showing these options:

Export Package

Analytics

Details

Our Menu Options

Example Menu we need to see

Any help would be appreciated!

Preview features are not enabled by default until GA. You need to explicitly enable them.

Go to Power Platform Admin Center ==> Environments ==> Open your Environment

Thanks, it looks like I have updates on. Also to note I am in a Sandbox environment so not sure if that has any impact. Please let me know if there is somewhere else I can check.
