Sync Dynamics CRM with Shared Calendar?

Is it possible with Dynamics 2015 on premises to sync appointments from the CRM calendar to a public folder calendar with MS Exchange? Essentially we're looking to have a "Corporate Calendar" with all CRM appointments in a central location, rather than synced to individual users' calendars.

Thanks in advance!

This is only a guess, we are using CRM 2013 with Server Side Sync.

But the key to what calendar the appointment syncs with is by using the Organizer field. So I'm guessing if you created a global user, and when creating the appointments you specified this global user as the Organizer all the time, then it would sync with that calendar. At that point you'd just have to share out the calendar so everyone could see.

I should clarify, this needs to be a global user in Active Directory/Exchange so it would have a username and email address associated to sync with.

    Hi,

    Shared Calendar - AppJetty's Calendar 365
You can easily share your calendar or ask your team members to share their calendar with you. This enables you to manage all the day-to-day activities right from your calendar. This way you can enhance team productivity and manage your time more efficiently. Moreover, a shared calendar keep the communication transparent and eliminates the need for redundant emails.

    Create & Manage Multiple Activities
Manage all your activities including tasks, recurring appointments, phone calls, service and campaign activities, etc right from your Dynamics CRM calendar. No more managing multiple calendars and forgetting events, email follow-ups, etc. Create, edit and copy CRM activities as well as custom activities.
