@Josh Anglesea

Hi team

Is it possible using BC and Microsoft Flow to design a flow to obsolete the part.

For example someone initiate the flow form Item Card in BC then

1) Flow send email send to engineering to approve it.

2) in the same flow: after engineering approval email goes to Inventory and ask them to remove the item from inventory.

3) in the same flow: Inventory complete the task in flow and then

4) Flow goes back to BC and Block the item and that finish the process?

Thanks for your help

I have the same question (0)

    Using the approval button from the item card/list?

    You can devise whatever process you want within the boundaries of possibilities. I’d say you need an extra approval step to capture the task or send a teams adaptive card. From that response you can then update the item or not

    Thanks Josh for your response.

    Your post https://joshanglesea.wordpress.com/2021/03/22/business-central-line-level-approvals/ inspired me to ask this question.

    Yes using "Flow" under Request for Approval in Item Card

    I will review those links and try to see if I can have any success or not.

    Thanks
