How to change Purchase Order Status from approved to draft at the time of releasing the Requisition

Hello Experts,

is there anyway, that we can control the PO status when we release the requisition? right now, all PO have approval status as Approved once the PR is released, but the client requirement is to have the PO approval status as draft(as this will further go to different approval hierarchy)..

    Hi,

    You can do this by a small change in Configuration, see below.
