When clicking on Purchasing>Receiving Transaction Entry the error pops up. When you hit okay it goes away. Any idea how to remove this error?

Are you running any 3rd party applications against your distribution function?
I suggest you run a DEX.SQL log in order to see what it's trying to do, there may be a table out there that it's trying to update and can't - I often see this kind of thing when a third party application is installed.
