Field Level Security on Purchase Order Entry Delete Action

Is there a way to password protect the Delete Action in PO Entry window. We are currently using GP2010. I am able to see the Delete button object, but it does not seem to work when I configure it in Field Level Security to be password protected. Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure you would have to Password protect the Actions button itself. I don't think FLS will affect the menu objects under the button.

Thank you Sanjay. Unfortunately, we do not have Visual Basic with Modifier so unable to access those events.

Tremor,

Even though you do not own the Modifier module, you can still use customizations created by others. I presume you have the customization site license. Starting with Business Ready Licensing, in came with all installations.

The other thing you could do, though you've probably already considered this, is to put security on the Actions button itself.
