Belgium Local Functionality Payment journal

Hi,

I have a question regarding the export of payment lines in a payment journal. I believe it is local functionality for Belgium.

When a user exports a payment file, all the lines are set to posted. Is there any way to export the same file again if the users does not save the file properly?
