Two Versions of Office - Can't Open Dynamics?? How to solve?

Hi and help,

I have my own Windows 365. My company (I work virtually) has another. They want me to work on their Dynamics program, but I cannot open it for some reason. Someone said that it could not be run on a machine that had a different version, but others have told me it could be. I need to know how to get on to my company's version so that it will open for me. I have sent this off to the administrator for the company, but alas, he is stumped as well and doesn't have time to research it like I do. If you could please tell us what to do to make this program accessible to me without having to uninstall my version of Windows, I would greatly appreciate it and so would he.

Hi,

maybe you can post some screenshots?

If you are asking about Dynamics, I don't see why would not you be able to open any instance as long as you are allowed to connect to it.. Maybe try a private browser session to make sure there are no cookies stuck from your other login..
